To be eligible to use the prepaid returns portal you must have purchased through our website kapowmeggings.com

Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Returns will be processed once the items are received by our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance and a tracking number before sending any items.

IMPORTANT: You must include a note in your package that lists the following information so we can process your return correctly and quickly for you:

1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Email Address
