Kapow is an American company. Our products ship from Wyoming, USA. Our warehouse time zone is USA Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), which is 7 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT -7)

Order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 1pm MDT.

We ship via DHL & UPS from the USA, and our shipping times & guarantees are based on us relying on their service. We also adhere to USA public holidays.

CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Important notice on Customs: We use DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) shipping methods for Canadian orders. This means all duties and taxes are included at checkout so you have full visibility of customs related costs. There will be no additional customs duties or taxes once an order is placed.

Our shipping times are based on those give to us by our couriers, and we cannot control for any Customs delays.

SHIPPING PROTECTION / DELIVERY INSURANCE

We recommend selecting Navidium Shipping Protection when you place your order. For a small fee (usually around $1-3, the exact cost is calculated on the size of your order), this will guarantee replacement or a refund in the event of any Loss or Theft that occurs during delivery. Navidium Shipping Protection is available during the checkout process, and looks like this:

Kapow will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that deselect Navidium Shipping Insurance. 

Note:

  • Claims must be submitted to info@kapowmeggings within 7 days of the order being lost or stolen. 
  • When refunding an item, Navidium Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order excluding shipping costs, taxes, and the Navidium Shipping Protection charge.
  • Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover a wrong address entered at the time of placing the order. 
  • Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover an order stuck in international customs. The customer is responsible for any customs fees associated with their country of residence. 
  • If damaged, Navidium requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item (i.e. more photos, videos, etc.).
  • If stolen, Navidium requires evidence of a police report on orders over $150

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your Kapow Meggings purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, return your item(s) in their original condition (not worn other than to try on) for a refund/exchange/store-credit. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept underwear returns for items that have not been tried on. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of item. 

Canada returns:

Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Returns will be processed once the items are received by our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest you get postal insurance and a tracking number before sending any items.

IMPORTANT: You must include a note in your package that lists the following information so we can process your return correctly and quickly for you:
1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Email Address
