We ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX & DHL from the USA, and our shipping times & guarantees are based on us relying on their service. We also adhere to USA public holidays.

Important notice on Customs: Customs departments of every country vary greatly. We can't guarantee you won't experience delays or customs charges, and do not take responsibility for your country's Customs service. You will be responsible for any Customs charges incurred.
SHIPPING PROTECTION / DELIVERY INSURANCE
We recommend selecting Navidium Shipping Protection when you place your order. For a small fee (usually around $1-3, the exact cost is calculated on the size of your order), this will guarantee replacement or a refund in the event of any Loss or Theft that occurs during delivery. Kapow will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that deselect Navidium Shipping Insurance.
- Claims must be submitted to info@kapowmeggings within 7 days of the order being lost or stolen.
- When refunding an item, Navidium Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order excluding shipping costs, taxes, and the Navidium Shipping Protection charge.
- Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover a wrong address entered at the time of placing the order.
- Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover an order stuck in international customs. The customer is responsible for any customs fees associated with their country of residence.
- If damaged, Navidium requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item (i.e. more photos, videos, etc.).
- If stolen, Navidium requires evidence of a police report on orders over $150

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your Kapow Meggings purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, return your item(s) in their original condition (not worn other than to try on) for a full refund/exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept underwear returns / exchanges for items that have not been tried on. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of item. If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted out. (Refunds exclude shipping costs unless item damaged or faulty).
FREE USA returns: please post your return within 21 days of generating a returns slip through the Kapow returns portal. Items not posted within 21 days of generating the returns slip will incur a $4.99 processing charge. This returns policy is part of what allows us to offer free returns – thanks for your understanding homies! To be eligible for free returns you must have purchased through our website kapowmeggings.com.
International Returns: Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Returns will be processed once the items are received by our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance and a tracking number before sending any items.
